Factory Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production of wooden doors. You will manage shop-floor operations to meet deadlines while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role requires bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Production Control: Schedule and supervise daily manufacturing to hit delivery targets.

Quality & Safety: Inspect materials and finished doors for quality enforce WSH safety protocols.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate woodworking teams (carpenters/machine operators).

Bilingual Liaison: Translate technical requirements and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

- 2 years of supervisory experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.

- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Required for client/staff communication).

- Able to read technical blueprints and drawings.

- Familiarity with woodworking machinery (e.g., CNC, saws, sanders).
