Supervise and direct production line workers to ensure that production processes meet food safety and quality standards.
Rationally schedule shifts and manpower to meet production targets and delivery times.
Monitor equipment operation and process flow, and promptly address any unexpected issues.
Oversee raw material usage and inventory management to reduce waste and control costs.
Enforce factory safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist the production manager in improving efficiency and promoting continuous improvement.
At least three years of experience in food manufacturing or meat processing, with team management experience preferred.
Familiarity with meat processing processes and food safety standards.
Possess strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing employees.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends.
