Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities

. Oversee daily factory operations, including furniture/carpentry production

. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met

. Manage incoming and outgoing goods, inventory, and materials

. Lead and supervise factory workers and carpenters

. Ensure workplace safety compliance and proper procedures

. Coordinate with project, design, and sales teams

. Monitor machine maintenance and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of experience in factory/production management (preferably furniture or carpentry)

. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

. Knowledge of production processes and materials

. Familiar with Singapore safety regulations
