What You'll Be Doing
- Take care of the daily running of the facility - mostly routine, nothing too stressful.
- Do hands-on work like changing light bulbs, basic electrical fixes, and ACMV (aircon) maintenance.
- Carry out simple checks, log issues, and troubleshoot when needed.
- Support the on-site engineer with reports and help out with small projects or fit-out works.
- Be on standby for emergencies, though most days are smooth sailing.
- Work mostly on your own, with backup from teammates and remote teams when needed.
Work Style & Expectations
- It's a 5.5-day work week, but the workload is usually light.
- We're looking for someone easy-going and not calculative - sometimes you may need to do things slightly outside the job scope to keep the client happy.
- Think of it as a give-and-take role: day-to-day is chill, and once in a while you step up for the client.
- The site is located at Seletar, so we'll need someone who doesn't mind the travel there.
What You'll Get
- A steady, predictable job where most days are routine.
- A supportive, friendly team (even if you're working independently most of the time).
- Clear processes in place - just follow them and keep things running smoothly.
