Facility Supervisor / Cleaning (West, Leading Pharma MNC) - HWX

1. Supervision of ABS BIO GMP facility cleaners.

2. Training coordination and training of the BIO GMP facility cleaners.

3. Resource and schedule management of BIO GMP facility cleaners.

4. Provide administrative support to the BIO MFG department, including but not limited to:

a. New BIO cleaner employee on boarding administrative processing.

b. Sourcing and purchasing cleaning aids, tools, production related items.

c. Consumables inventory management such as raising shopping-cart, goods delivery schedule.

d. Perform service confirmation for BIO MFG department.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Min. Nitec and above
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge in Manufacturing consumables management.
• Knowledge in GMP environment will be an added advantage.
