We are hiring a capable and organised Admin Executive to support our HR, Finance, and Office Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma holders, early-career professionals, or individuals seeking broad exposure in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Post job advertisements and coordinate recruitment activities (screening, interviews)
- Maintain employee records (leave, medical, HR documentation)
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
2. Finance Administration
- Handle confidential financial data and documentation
- Manage CPF submissions via CPF portal and statutory filings
- Prepare IR8A forms and assist with GST submissions
- Handle invoicing, billing accuracy, and documentation
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
3. Office Administration & Operations
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate office maintenance (cleaning, repairs, utilities, printers)
- Ensure a safe, organised, and efficient work environment
4. Data Entry & Reporting
- Perform accurate data entry across HR and finance systems
- Generate reports and support basic data analysis
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable handling data and administrative processes
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in administration / HR / finance support
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Familiarity with CPF submissions, invoicing, or basic accounting
