Project service & maintenance lead
Responsibilities:
- Assist on fulfilment of service & maintenance of completed projects.
- Co-ordinate with clients / consultants and main contractors on schedule and permit application.
- Appointment of contractors and in-house workers team on the execution.
- Inspect and evaluate on work performed by subcontractors.
- Prepare reports and request for submission of claims.
- Involve on tendering for services & maintenance contracts.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Preferable with minimum 1-3 years of working experience in M&E field.
- Ability to work independently and willing to travel based on the project site locally.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Offices.
- Safety certification possession is an advantage.
