Core Responsibilities
- Daily Start-up / Closing Procedures
- Ensure all facility systems and equipment are operational at the start of the day
- Perform opening checks for readiness and faults
- Execute proper opening and shutdown procedures at closing and premises security
- Ensure safe equipment operation
- Incident Reporting
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support to equipment related incidents
- Accurate incident reporting
- Follow up and closing of complaints and incidents tickets
- Coordination with security and emergency services
- Equipment PM (Preventive Maintenance) and Repair
- Conduct scheduled inspections, PM, repairs of machines and equipment
- Keep detailed maintenance/activities log
- Coordinate with vendors for complex repairs
- House Keeping, Inventory and Hygiene
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness and housekeeping
- Using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking
- Support sustainability initiatives
- CSR (Customer Service Resolution)
- Act as the first point of contact for facility equipment-related customer matters
- Resolve equipment issues promptly or escalate to vendors where applicable
Requirements
Skills and Experiences
Effective Communication Skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to handle incidents and initiatives
- Supplier coordination skills, with an eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and succeed as a team
Compliance to Safety Standards
- Adherence to workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards

Technical skills
- Familiarity with IoT-enabled and smart devices
- Basic troubleshooting of multiple connected devices and systems
Qualifications
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management
- Fresh grads welcome
