Facility Manager
Location: Central
Salary: $5,000-$6,000
Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations, oversee vendor services, conduct inspections, and coordinate maintenance works with minimal disruption.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and building regulations, maintain proper documentation
- Track facilities expenses and support procurement activities such as quotations and vendor selection.
- Liaise with building management and contractors, handle internal requests, and ensure timely resolution of facilities matters.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related field
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or property management
- Familiar with SLAs, compliances procedures, vendor management
