Facility Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Assist in facility upgrades and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Estimate costs and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
