Responsibilities:
1. Preventive Maintenance of Facility Equipment
- In line with Industry and standards, developed site specific strategy and oversee execution preventive maintenance activities to optimize operational availability efficiency. This includes building facilities and equipment including ASRS, warehouse, MHE, building envelope, refrigeration, fire systems etc
- Monitor and report compliance preventive maintenance schedules and checklists across the facility.
- Analyze maintenance data to trends and propose long-term solutions for equipment reliability.
- Prepare reports on performance and recommend improvements to management.
2. Ad-hoc or Corrective Maintenance of Facility Equipment
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of faults breakdowns.
- Liaise with external contractors vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, quality cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate corrective processes and recommend optimizations to reduce recurrence of faults.
3. Inspection of Facility Equipment and Building Perimeter
- Plan and oversee the of regular inspections for all facility equipment, ensuring adherence safety and operational standards.
- Conduct periodic assessments of the maintenance program and process safety framework elements, identifying appropriate corrective actions improvement programs
4. General- Facility
- Supervise and guide the execution building maintenance and improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-teams to ensure proposed changes align with operational goals regulatory compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets schedules for maintenance and improvement projects.
