1. Assist the Manager in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities
2. Assist the Manager in handling correspondence with tenants and all stakeholders in the day-to-day facilities management matters
3. Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress
4. Source for comparative vendors/sub-contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair works
5. Supervise in-house operational staffs (supervisor, technician, cleaner and security officer) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
6. Conduct tool-box meetings to supervisors, security officer, cleaners and technicians
7. Service contract administration
8. Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required
9. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements
1. NITEC or Diploma in Facility Maintenance or related field of study
2. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics industry.
3. Able to work well with cross-functional teams across entities / departments.
4. Good communication skills in verbal and written communication.
