Job Description

  • Assist Site Managers to deliver quality property management services.
  • Organize and plan the daily operations of the designated sites.
  • Ensure that the clients are provided with the highest standard of service at all times.
  • Assist the Manager to maintain the operational readiness, safe and efficient operation of the building M&E services in a multi-Tier MCST commercial building.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses for all operating systems.
  • Carry out routine check on all common M&E services to ensure operations timing are based on approved schedule, and their operations conditions are within acceptable level.
  • Coordinate, supervise and certify maintenance activities to ensure contractors/ vendors complete all repair and maintenance work within the required timelines and standards.
  • Ensure compliance of JLL OMS procedures and checklists.
  • Regularly check on maintenance stock inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage PTW.
  • Conduct system audit and site inspections.
  • Follow up on defects including recommending solutions and obtaining quotations.
  • Ensure timely verification & payment of term contract and ad hoc Invoices including verifying work done.
  • Follow up on defect rectification works.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experiences in multi-tier MCST commercial property management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Familiarity with commercial operation management software
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with all stakeholders
  • Good identifying the M&E defects including recommending solutions
