Facility Engineer

• Duties related to licensed electrical works and electrical installations.

• Provide training to staff on works relating to electrical installations.

• Maintenance oversight and safety inspections to electrical systems.

• Oversee all operation and maintenance of the building and M&E infrastructure.

• To coordinate with contractors to ensure facility repair or maintenance tasks are effectively carried out.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory authority requirements.

• Plan and manage renovation and building maintenance programmers.

• Prepare and manager operational budget and cost.

• Responsible for the inventory, maintenance and storage of all facility equipment.

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of facilities installation and equipment.

• Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control [.] in work area.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or professional certification in electrical engineering or any related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in manufacturing industries / building management.

• Electrical technical knowledge, licensed electrical worker (LEW) certified by the Energy Market Authority (EMA).

• Knowledge of SS 638, Code of Practice (COP) for Electrical Installations.

• Knowledge in building services.

• Excellent skills in planning, problem solving, project management and leadership.

• Strong knowledge in security system, M&E services and well-versed with regulatory guidelines, building facility security requirement and safety requirement.
