Facility Engineer (Office Buildings)

Our client is one of the leading player in Semiconductor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Facility Engineer to be part of their Maintenance Team. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Facility Engineer:

• Responsible for the upkeep of building structures, both inside and outside.
• Handle repairs and servicing of fixtures, fittings, and related facilities.
• Liaise with contractors for the maintenance and statutory certification of lifts and cranes.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors to ensure proper execution of works.
• Maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and safety of the premises and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min 3 to 5 years of building maintenance experience
• Comfortable with hands-on maintenance scope
