What we are looking for:
The Facilities Coordinator will support day to day facilities operations for the Singapore site, which includes both laboratory and office environments totaling approximately 50,000 square feet. This role ensures the site is safe, functional, compliant, and well maintained, while supporting employees and lab operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily facilities operations for office and lab spaces
Serve as the primary on site point of contact for facilities related issues and requests
Manage vendors for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, waste, and lab support services
Coordinate preventative maintenance and respond to ad hoc repair needs
Support lab facilities needs including utilities, equipment coordination, and compliance support in partnership with EHS
Assist with space management, moves, and minor projects
Track work orders, service requests, and vendor performance
Support inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance activities
Help manage facilities related budgets, invoices, and purchase requests
Partner with regional facilities leadership on standards, reporting, and site initiatives
Skills you will need:
Minimum Qualifications
3 to 5 years of facilities coordination or operations experience
Experience supporting both office and lab environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with vendor management and service contracts
Basic understanding of workplace safety and facilities compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Experience working with CMMS or ticketing systems preferred
