We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to oversee cleaning operations across various client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleaning services meet high-quality standards, comply with safety regulations, and are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations of our clients
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage cleaning teams, assign duties, and provide on-the-job training.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor the usage and inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
- Liaise with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Assist in project management for large-scale cleaning assignments, including high-rise and faade cleaning.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the cleaning or facility management industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to manage and lead cleaning teams effectively.
- Good understanding of workplace safety regulations.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
