Facilities Technician

Rotating shift, monthly off 6 days

1. Record daily readings of electrical and water consumption.

2. Monitor system operating status via BMS and make necessary adjustments when required.

3. Conduct visual inspections and log data for systems such as air compressors, AHUs, and chillers.

4. Escort vendors during site visits and oversee their maintenance activities.

5. Report and escalate any recommendations or issues to the Supervisor/Engineer.

6. Respond to breakdowns and fault reports, including power trips, water leaks, loose fittings, and other minor faults.

7. Carry out minor repair and painting works as assigned.

8. Assist with event and meeting setups, including arranging chairs and related requirements.

9. Perform any other tasks or work requests as directed by the Client or Manager.
