Responsibilities

Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all office and manufacturing facility infrastructure.
Maintaining building systems, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Supporting business continuity through effective facilities management.

Requirements

Diploma or ITE Technical Certification in: Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
Skills: Building maintenance, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, HVAC systems, Plumbing, Fire protection systems, Preventive maintenance planning, Contractor management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
