Facilities Technician

YOUR ROLE

. Perform routine inspection & maintenance of plant facilities
. Troubleshoot & repair facility, utility & building systems
. Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing & facility equipment
. Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance
. Respond to equipment breakdowns & facility issues
. Support cleanroom & environmental control systems
. Work with contractors and internal teams when required

REQUIREMENTS

. Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management or related
. 2-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
. Hands-on troubleshooting & repair experience of plant facilities
. Knowledge of HVAC / utilities / electrical systems is an advantage
. Comfortable with physical work, ladders and confined spaces
. Willing to work OT/weekends when required
