Duties & responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works for building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related equipment in accordance with Work Health and Safety standards.
- Maintain and document all assigned work orders, inspections, tool inventories, and special projects using the Corrigo work order system.
- Conduct routine inspections and site rounds to identify faults, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Support annual M&E shutdown activities and ensure all maintenance activities are completed within established service levels and timelines.
- Provide support for event setups and audiovisual (AV) equipment operations, ensuring smooth execution of meetings and events.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, incidents, and operational disruptions while ensuring minimal impact to occupants and business operations.
- Oversee tenant fit-out activities and vendor works to ensure compliance with house rules, authority regulations, and site safety requirements.
- Minimum Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience within commercial buildings, preferably in banking or financial institution environments.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience supporting AV systems, event setups, or audiovisual troubleshooting within a corporate or commercial environment.
- Valid Work at Height (PWAH) certification.
- Knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant facilities management regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
- BCA-recognized certification in Facilities Management or valid BCA Facilities Management certification.
- Experience using Building Management Systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems such as Corrigo.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution within critical environments.
- Previous experience supporting facilities operations within banking or financial services sectors.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency callouts and operational incidents.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and tenant fit-out activities in compliance with authority requirements.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational excellence
