Job Title: Facilities Technician
Reporting To: Technical Officer / Facilities Supervisor
Role Objective:
Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works to ensure uninterrupted operation of building systems in compliance with contractual SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for assigned systems:
- ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, ELV, Basic Mechanical systems
- Respond to breakdown and emergency calls within SLA response time.
- Conduct routine inspections and record findings in CMMS / CAFM system.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and rectification works.
- Support testing & commissioning activities under supervision.
- Carry out minor repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
- Observe all workplace safety, WSH, and permit-to-work requirements.
- Report defects, anomalies, and potential failures to supervisor promptly.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at work areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- NTC / Higher NITEC / ITE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
- 1 year of FM or building maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of building systems and tools.
