Facilities Technician (Building)

Facilities Technician - European MNC
1 year renewable contract with full benefits
Salary: $4500 max
5 days work week
8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Gul

Job Scope:
Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities

Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems

Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans

Troubleshoot and respond to facility‑related issues and breakdowns

Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions

Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers

Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections

Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports using maintenance systems

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards

Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation as required
