Facilities Specialist

Responsibilities:

. Support Ops-related coordination of center's activities/events in accordance with policies and procedures. Develop, implement and/or maintenance of R&D site's standard operating procedures.

. Assist in planning and managing resources (including facilities) and processes to ensure smooth running of ANRD operations.

.Provide assistance in the asset disposal process.

. Coordinate with outsourced vendors to facilitate routine checks and scheduled preventive maintenance of key installations such as UPS, electrical panels etc.

. Ensure all work being executed in a safe manner and all relevant risk assessment are performed.

.Follow upon all relevant rectification work related to issues related to Facilities.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

.Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels.

.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional team.

.3 - 5 years of relevant experience in an operation and/or Facility Management capacity in a large-scale manufacturing operation or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

.Hands-on experience in interfacing between functional departments and external parties / government bodies

.Possess a valid FSM certificate preferred

Education:

.Min Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations.
