What you'll be doing
- Assist in managing daily facilities operations across all clinics, ensuring smooth and functional workflows
- Support planning, monitoring, and management of budgets, contracts, outsourcing, and tenders in line with operational standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities strategies and improvement plans to optimise maintenance and service delivery
- Assist in managing medical and non-medical service contracts, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and emergency responses to uphold clinic functionality and safety
- Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and standards, including ESS, JCI, and OHSAS
- Support and coordinate a team of officers and contractors to maintain operational excellence
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management/ Engineering or related studies
- 2 - 5 years of working experience in healthcare or multi-site facilities management preferred
- Basic project management, budgeting, and contract coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and safety certifications is advantageous
