What you'll be doing
- Assist in the management of facilities and systems, including new building projects and maintenance of existing structures
- Develop and oversee planned maintenance programmes and services
- Manage and coordinate service partners and contractors, ensuring work quality and compliance with regulations
- Provide technical advice and support to user departments
- Coordinate Fire Safety and Green Mark tasks to ensure statutory and environmental compliance
- Lead initiatives on Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) management
- Investigate safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement in operational safety, environmental performance, and sustainability
What we're looking for
- Degree in Electrical, Facilities Management, Power, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Marine Engineering.
- Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO) Fire Safety Manager Certificate will be an advantage
- 2 - 4 years of working eperience in Environmental Engineering and strong knowledge of environmental regulations preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and deliver results effectively
