Facilities & Safety Operations Executive (11 months contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility operations and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and safe execution of work
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and support the implementation of WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) programs
• Ensure all regulatory permits are up to date and compliance is maintained with safety, chemical, and biological regulations
• Support facility improvement projects, including upgrades, expansions, and sustainability efforts
• Oversee contract documentation and monitor vendor performance
• Provide administrative support and contribute to various corporate projects as required

Requirements:

• A Degree or higher in engineering, facilities management, environmental health, or a related field
• Prior experience in facilities management, preferably within laboratory or production environments
• Knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems
• Strong understanding of WSH regulations, including experience in risk assessment procedures

Salary Range : $3,200.00 - S$4,700.00
