Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule manpower for towel counter duties and handle the towel management system when implemented.
Liaise and work with contractors (Housekeeping & Ancillary Services) for :
- Housekeeping / coordinating stewarding service
- Pest control
- Landscape maintenance
- Laundry services
- Rubbish collection
- Other related services
Manage daily operations, perform regular checks and inspections, and ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of all facilities and equipment.
Ensure building systems (electrical, plumbing, building fabric, etc.) are well-maintained and operational.
Schedule regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance services and repairs.
Assist in the preparation and management of the budget for facilities operations and capital projects.
Work on building projects, including renovations, office fit-outs, or new constructions where necessary.
Manage relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers (e.g., maintenance, security, building).
Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
. Minimum GCE O level with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
. An excellent team player who is able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
. Able to work independently with initiative and a meticulous eye for detail.
. Possess a positive personality and comfortable interacting with people of all levels.
. Adaptable to change with excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
. Conversant with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
