Job Description


Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee end-to-end facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational excellence.
  • Serve as the key liaison between C-suite executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align facility strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to drive service quality, cost optimization, and compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and execute long-term facility master plans, oversee budget planning, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years progressive facilities management experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing teams and operations
  • Experience managing large-scale facility operations or overseeing multi-site portfolios within corporate office environments.
  • Technical expertise with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems with demonstrated ability to oversee maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex facility issues
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, budget management experience, and demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Professional certification such as Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent is a plus.
