Job Description

Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting and perform corrective/preventive maintenance for the building - including technical & mechanical issues.
  • Plan and perform maintenance for all systems in the building with proper log record.
  • Assist in all aspect in ACMV, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Building Automation, Lift and CCTVs, etc.
  • Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and material suppliers-including co-ordination and oversea the repair/maintenance work carried out.
  • Managed keys, spare parts & tools
  • Practice and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Work closely with Manager to keep all expenses within budget.
  • Report to the superior in charge and perform task assigned and any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in related role, in particular within a facilities and client facing environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in relation to the type of works carried out and priorities the task in accordance to urgency.
  • Experience in a hands-on role working with a fast paced and dynamic facilities environment.
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
  • 5.5 Days Work Week (Alternate Saturdays)
