Facilities Mechanical Manager (MNC Semiconductor)

The client is the world leading semiconductor fabrication provider with presence in Singapore for over 20 years. Below position is open urgently.

About the Role:
We're looking for innovative, passionate, and talented individuals to join our Facilities team. As a Mechanical Manager, you will oversee the management and operation of our facilities mechanical systems, lead expansion and optimization projects, and ensure efficient, safe, and robust system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate facilities mechanical systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Lead expansion and optimization projects, coordinating your team and contractors to meet objectives safely and efficiently.

• Drive energy reduction initiatives for facilities mechanical systems.

• Oversee Cost Center budgets for Capex projects, expenses, and headcounts, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Serve as Project Manager for facilities systems projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Mentor, coach, and manage team members, conducting performance reviews and appraisals.

• Facilitate problem-solving and provide expert guidance on complex issues.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, project plans, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science, or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience in a semiconductor wafer fab

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
