Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility maintenance operations, including building, mechanical, electrical, environmental cleaning, horticultural, and landscaping works, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage and coordinate strategic partners, sub-contractors, and technicians, including monitoring performance, and conducting audits and inspections.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track all work requests, consolidating documentation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Utilise a Computerised FM System for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Prepare Monthly reports

Job Requirements

  • Strong team player with proven leadership qualities
  • Prior experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Building Services
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Government or MINDEF-related projects is preferred
  • Possesses a relevant diploma or equivalent certification
  • Capable of leading and supervising a team of Senior Technical Officers (STOs)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple projects
