Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance operations, including building, mechanical, electrical, environmental cleaning, horticultural, and landscaping works, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage and coordinate strategic partners, sub-contractors, and technicians, including monitoring performance, and conducting audits and inspections.
- Plan, coordinate, and track all work requests, consolidating documentation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Utilise a Computerised FM System for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Prepare Monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Strong team player with proven leadership qualities
- Prior experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Building Services
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Government or MINDEF-related projects is preferred
- Possesses a relevant diploma or equivalent certification
- Capable of leading and supervising a team of Senior Technical Officers (STOs)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple projects
