Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Facilities Management (FM) services to ensure delivery meets contractual KPIs and service standards.

Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and other M&E systems.

Monitor operational costs and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

Implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Manage service vendors and contractors including procurement, quotations, approvals, and performance monitoring.

Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and operational alignment.

Lead and supervise the on-site FM team, including Facility Supervisors and technicians.

Oversee scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and minor project works.

Operate and manage building management systems such as BMS, CMMS/CFIMS, or other facilities management platforms.

Coordinate statutory inspections and regulatory compliance requirements.

Support business improvement initiatives and technology adoption in FM operations.

Requirement

Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Facilities Management experience.
Professional certifications such as SIFMA FM certification will be an advantage.
