Facilities Manager/Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.

. Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the ISS Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace.

. To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.

. Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.

. Strategize, plan, and implement all business process and procedure that align with the operation requirements of the hospital.

Job Requirements

. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline.

. At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management.

. An ability to manage and lead a team effectively and excellent communication skills to engage with customers, service providers, and internal teams.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm & Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
