Facilities Manager (Residential Properties)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations and maintenance across all properties.

• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Supervise and guide maintenance staff, and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems are operating efficiently.

• Respond promptly to minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues.

• Oversee property security systems and uphold rigorous safety standards.

• Plan and coordinate renovation or improvement projects with contractors and designers.

• Monitor maintenance budgets, maintain accurate expense records, and provide regular updates on operational status.

• Handle all property matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

• Be available for urgent maintenance or emergency situations as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning, or related field.

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, with knowledge of facility design, maintenance, and operations.

• Proven experience managing high-end residential or condominium projects.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in central region and flexible for on-call responsibilities.
