Role and Responsibilities
- To conduct up to 10 sessions of checks for the venue and to oversee the venue's condition pre and post event
- Advise on reinstatement and to oversee the reinstatements prior to handing of venue to the venue owner.
- Reports to the Authority and ensure proper maintenance of event site.
- Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage. T
- Work and liaise closely with Managing Agent (MA) of the Venue and promptly rectify any issues feedback by the MA.
- Conduct up to inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities management
- Work experience in facilitating building maintenance and inspection
- Preferably attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert)
- A good team player who can multi-task, work with all levels of people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.
