Details:
- Salary up to 7,200
- Located at Jalan Tukang, Singapore (Accesible by Bus from Boon lay Interchange)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 2 facilities staffand ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee building systems (chillers, water, fire protection, lifts, M&E, BMS, HVAC)
- Ensure preventive maintenance and statutory compliance are met
- Manage contractors for cleaning, security, pest control, plumbing, etc.
- Act as Fire Safety Manager and WSH Committee Secretary
- Handle troubleshooting, incident response, and improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, service contracts, and monthly reports
- Guide and support the facilities team to meet goals
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities/Building Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of facility management in medical technology manufacturer or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with cGMP, GDP, ISO13485, and FDA standards is an advantage
