Develop, implement and continuously enhance Waste Water Treatment Plant and Facilities Management policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical specialists in the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of all facility systems
Oversee end-to-end facilities operations, ensuring high system reliability, minimal downtime, and optimal asset lifecycle management
Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality workmanship, budget control, and timely project completion
Drive Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) initiatives and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance equipment performance and reduce operational risks
Identify and implement energy and water efficiency initiatives, including sustainability programs, cost-saving strategies, and environmental impact reduction plans
Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans, including feasibility studies, budgeting, project planning, risk management, and timely execution
Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements
Provide strategic input to senior management on facilities planning, risk mitigation, and long-term assets management strategies
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Facilities or related discipline)
Minimum 10 years of relevant facilities management experience, with proven leadership experience in a managerial capacity
Certified Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, energy management, and maintenance best practices
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and contractor management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Results-oriented with excellent communication and team collaboration skills
