The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader to support the Head of Facilities Management in ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient hospital environment. In this high-impact role, you'll oversee engineering operations, infrastructure upgrades, and preventive maintenance while driving energy efficiency and cost optimization.
What You'll Do
Keep all building systems, equipment, and facilities running at peak performance.
Lead capital projects, upgrades, and vendor management.
Drive energy-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Mentor and develop a high-performing FM team.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with clinical teams, management, and external partners.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred, or 10+ years in hospital or critical-infrastructure FM.
5+ years managing hospital facilities or similar high-stakes environments.
Strong project, team, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and capital planning.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
