Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities maintenance programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance and EHS staff, including training and performance development
- Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service and compliance
- Oversee maintenance and operation of facility systems such as HVAC, utilities, and critical equipment
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime
- Manage on-call support for facility issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and records for all maintenance activities
- Support audits and ensure audit readiness with accurate documentation and follow-up actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
- Manage maintenance budgets and support capital planning for facility improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives and monitor resource usage and performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline
- Relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, or engineering environment
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
