Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager (MEP/Office) to oversee and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within a corporate office environment. This role is responsible for ensuring all building infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to support daily business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong MEP background with hands-on experience in facilities operations, particularly within office environments, and the ability to support both operational and technical aspects of building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end hard services facilities operations, ensuring reliable performance of all building MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support for air-conditioning and other MEP systems when required
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Support workplace and infrastructure projects, including office fit-outs, upgrades, and continuous improvement of building systems
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related MEP discipline
- Experience in office facilities management / building services operations
- Hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC systems and general MEP troubleshooting, hard services FM operations in commercial office environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in mission-critical or high-availability environments
