Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Client's representative on the rectification of defects, tracking of outstanding works by the in-house maintenance Team.
- Take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues.
- Ensure all outstanding works are completed satisfactorily.
- Manage emergency repairs, ad-hoc breakdowns, troubleshooting activities, and provide technical support where necessary.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all facilities management services.
- Manage customer service matters, ensuring timely and professional resolution of feedback or complaints from clients.
- Attend meetings with clients regularly to build rapport and/or resolve matters if any
- Submit proposal for addition & alteration works, improvements, or repair and replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the client
- Manage projects and improvement works
- Prepare and justify for variation of works if any and to verify and certify all works completion
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in managing properties of similar scale and nature.
- M&E background will be added advantage.
- Highly independent personality with strong ability to hold fort in meeting.
- Strong personal relationship skills, to handle both external and internal stakeholders.
