Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office facilities operations, including electrical, HVAC, UPS, generator, lighting, plumbing, and other building systems.
Perform regular inspections to ensure all office systems are functioning optimally.
Provide support for IT and server room infrastructure, covering power supply, cooling, FM-200/pre-action fire suppression, and environmental monitoring.
Manage door access control systems and provide after-hours support as needed.
Supervise CCTV operations, including monitoring, footage retrieval, and coordination with security vendors.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with vendors and building management.
Handle vendor and contractor management, as well as incident resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and audit standards according to Singapore regulations.
Support office space planning, setups, and staff relocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Act as a liaison with landlords, vendors, and internal departments for operational matters and escalations.
Maintain overall office operations to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.
Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Track facility budgets, vendor contracts, and maintenance records accurately.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications and Profile:
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
45 years of experience in facilities operations or corporate real estate, preferably in financial or IT-focused environments.
Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generator systems, electrical distribution, HVAC, and fire suppression (FM-200/pre-action).
Experienced in managing door access control and CCTV systems.
Familiar with vendor management, building management systems (BMS), and compliance reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and report generation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Capable of working independently and supporting after-hours maintenance or emergencies.
Effective both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
