Facilities Manager (Contract/ No experience required)

Responsibilities

. Manage contracts for facilities maintenance and conduct regular reviews for smooth administration.

. Prepare tender documents for contractual, project, and ad-hoc repair works.

. Troubleshoot building services and facilities issues.

. Lead green practices and promote sustainability in building operations and maintenance.

. Engage with internal stakeholders and external parties (landlord, contractors, suppliers) to keep facilities relevant and vibrant.

. Oversee daily operations, update maintenance documents, and analyze operational trends.

. Provide facility management and administrative support to research institutes.

. Implement and manage projects related to operational processes and system enhancements.

. Undertake special assignments or projects, ensuring completion within stipulated timeframes and budgets.

Requirements

. Minimum Degree in Project & Facilities Management or equivalent.

. Relevant work experience is an advantage.

. Confident communicator at all levels, with creative and strategic thinking abilities.
