As a Senior/ Facilities Manager , you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring seamless functionality of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across facilities.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and uphold quality standards for outsourced services.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including costs for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility managers and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive energy-saving initiatives, sustainability programs, and cost-effective improvements for property management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
