About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance operations and office services within a controlled environment. This role focuses on managing maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and client reporting, while leading the on-site facilities team to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate facility activities and documentation across office services and building maintenance workstreams
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to clients, including operational status, upcoming plans, risks, and improvement initiatives
- Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules for key systems (ACMV/HVAC, MAU/AHU, exhaust, utilities) and coordinate servicing with contractors
- Manage vendors including service coordination, quotation review, approvals, and performance monitoring (SLA/KPI)
- Oversee consumables planning (e.g. filters), stock tracking, and replenishment to ensure optimal usage and storage
- Lead incident response and escalation during breakdowns, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Supervise the on-site FM team and support the Facilities Supervisor in daily operations and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 year of experience in facilities management, preferably in laboratory, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom environments
- Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and maintenance planning for building services
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
