Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities in Grade A commercial building which includes attending to tenants enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control.
Requirements
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- No experience is welcome to apply (on Job Training)
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
- Shift work required (3 rotating shifts, Morning Afternoon and Night
