Responsibilities:
- In charge of performing daily operational activities in commercial building which includes attending to tenants enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance formechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management/ ACMV
- Rotating shift is requried
