FACILITIES MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Oversee daily operations of cleaning and facilities management services across multiple sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and quality standards.

Manage and supervise site managers, supervisors, and operational teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and performance targets are achieved.

Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality assurance processes to maintain consistent service standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contract retention.

Plan manpower deployment, rostering, and resource allocation efficiently to optimize operational costs.

Monitor operational budgets, cost control, and profitability of contracts.

Lead tender preparation, contract mobilization, and transition processes for new projects.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, mechanization, and technology adoption.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk management practices, and company policies.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
